Biography
Christina was born in Ljung, Sweden to Lisa Olafsdotter and Olaus Persson. She married Johan Adolf Elffors and together they immigrated to the United States in 1869 with their friends, the Alfaretta and Alexander Elquist, Eliasons, and Maria Stena and John Bolinder families. The families settled together in Grantsville, Utah and partnered to secure living conditions for one another. They had two children. Emma Elfors died immediately after birth and Anna Charlotta Elfors. Christina died soon after the second child’s birth.
