Biography
Beata (Betsey) was born in Sweden in 1846. She was the third of seven children and they lived near a lake surrounded by streams and a forest. In 1861, Betsey’s family heard the gospel and when she was a teenager, they immigrated to Utah. Along the way they faced harsh weather, cattle stampedes, and sickness. In 1863 she married Assmusson Dyerre at age 16, but not long after passed away.
